Unprinted Items
Products that have not been printed or embroidered may be returned for an exchange or credit. A return authorisation (RA) number must be obtained within 14 days of delivery before any items are returned to Konstruct. To apply for an RA number, please complete the online form below. A restocking fee of $25.00 incl. GST per return applies, unless the items are faulty. Item(s) being returned must be in the exact condition in which they were delivered, including being in the original packaging. Items that have been worn or washed are unable to be returned. Some items are ineligible to be returned including sale items, underwear, and socks.
Why do we charge a restocking fee?
When an item is returned to us, we will return it to our supplier. Suppliers charge a restocking fee when we return item(s) to cover the time taken to process returns. We must also cover freight charges on the returned item(s). As such, we cannot absorb these costs, so a restocking fee applies.
Printed or embroidered items
Items that have been printed or embroidered are made to order and are unable to be returned, except where faulty. Konstruct has a 100% guarantee that all products and services are free from defect. If there is an issue with your order, please email the Konstruct rep you have been dealing with and outline what the problem is. Alternatively, you can complete this online form.
How to return items
Once you have been issued with an RA number you will be notified by email along with an invoice for restocking fee (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your item(s). Return your package to the below address within 7 days of receiving your RA number. Please include any packaging your returned item(s) may have been delivered in.

Your package must clearly state your RA number on the outside. Once your return has been received we will email you within 5 working days. Konstruct reserves the right to refuse credit for returned items that have not met the criteria outlined in this policy.
