Yes. If you have garments/products you would like decorated, please get in touch and let us know what type of garment it is, what print method you're after and the quantity. We'll be in touch to let you know whether it's feasible.

We have a massive range of products that can be branded, so if you can't see what you're after, please let us know.

If you are ordering unprinted products, your order will normally be dispatched the next working day, provided the product(s) you've ordered are in stock. If stock is not available, we will inform you as soon as we can and you will be offered a full refund.

For most printed apparel and promotional product orders, we will dispatch your order within 10 working days from receiving confirmation and payment, providing there are no stock issues or other unforeseen delays. For custom dye-sub orders or indent orders, a lead time of up to 10 weeks can apply.

Delivery

You will be emailed a tracking link once your order has been collected by a courier.

NZ North Island: normally dispatched on an overnight service. Rural deliveries are normally at least one extra working day.
NZ South Island: please allow two working days for delivery. Overnight services can be arranged but may incur an additional shipping charge.
Auckland: we can arrange an urgent courier if necessary (additional fee payable before dispatch).

If your order is for printed apparel, you may collect this from our Henderson factory. Please arrange this with the sales person you deal with prior to collection.

Yes, however, viewing is by appointment only. This is because we may not have the garment(s) you want to see in stock.

If you want to buy blank apparel this can be done through this site by adding the desired products to the cart and completing the check out.

If you want your products branded, please add your desired products to the quote and we will provide you with a quote which includes how your garments/products will look. This is your proof. You will need to confirm all details before we print including: 

• the garment style(s), colour(s), sizes and quantities; 
• the print method, location, dimensions and colours;
• the artwork and any spelling in it; and
• the delivery address.

Printed (working) samples are only available for larger orders and may incur a fee.

This will depend on:
• your artwork;
• what type of garment or product the print is going on to;
• how many items you are ordering.

We will make recommendations and let you know what your options are.

Embroidery gives a professional look and is great for shirts, jackets and caps. Fine detail and small text is harder to achieve with embroidery. Pricing depends on the size of the embroidery, so larger logos can be more costly. 

Screen printing involves printing ink directly on to the garment or product. Pricing depends on the number of colours in the print and the number of units getting printed. Screen printing gives a great quality, long lasting print. 

Transfer print is where the print is pressed onto the garment using heat and pressure. This is used mainly for personalised names and numbers.

Laser engraving gives a high-perceived value and is available on certain promotional products.

We will let you know the intended date they will be back in stock and will let you know if there are similar products for you to consider. If you don't want to wait, we will offer you a full refund.

Unprinted / Unbranded Products:
Products which have not been printed or embroidered can be returned for an exchange or credit. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery and must be in the exact condition in which they were delivered, including being in the original packaging. Items that have been worn or washed are unable to be returned. Some items are ineligible for exchange or credit on return including sale items, underwear, and socks. 

Printed / Branded Products:
Items that have been printed, embroidered or branded are made to order and are unable to be returned, except where faulty.

When making a return please let us know:
• what you're returning;
• the reason (e.g. wrong size);
• your name, order number and email address.

Once your return has been received and processed, we will email you. This may be up to 2 weeks after we've received it.
